Hall 6 brings together the main beef companies

Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Australia, Ireland, and several beef and lamb exporters from other origins —including Poland and Chile— are exhibiting in Hall 6 at this year’s Anuga fair. There are also stands from several European importers.

The hall enjoyed a good turnout, though smaller than that of its neighbor, Hall 9, where the poultry sector was concentrated.

Uruguay’s stand, covering 660 m², features a restaurant on the upper floor serving entrecote and tenderloin with vegetables and mashed potatoes, followed by a blueberry mousse for dessert.
