Taiwan actively placing orders
Interest from Taiwan in closing deals with Paraguay increased over the past week. An exporter told WBR that no large deals were concluded, as his strategy is to avoid committing to shipments more than 30 days out. Importers submitted bids of US$ 5,500/t for residual shin & shank, US$ 7,000 for oyster blade, US$ 6,800 for chuck tender, US$ 6,600 for knuckle, US$ 9,600 for rib eye, and US$ 6,000 for bible, all CFR.
