Export steer prices remained unchanged from the previous week

Export steer prices remained stable after the Ar$ 100 per kilo increase recorded the previous week. British crossbred fat steers were quoted between Ar$ 5,100 and Ar$ 5,200, while zebu crossbreeds ranged from Ar$ 4,900 to Ar$ 5,000.

In contrast, good-quality cows rebounded and moved into the Ar$ 4,000–4,200 per kilo carcass range. The same occurred with “Chinese cows” (manufacturing and canning types), which rose Ar$ 100 at the upper end and were quoted between Ar$ 2,900 and Ar$ 3,400 per kilo.
