Offal and preparations totaled around 9,200 tons in May

Exports of bovine offal and preparations totaled 9,200 tons in May, worth US$ 16.6 million. The average export price was slightly below US$ 1,820 per ton, with highs close to US$ 3,500 for beef tongues.

So far in 2025, exported volume reached around 48,300 tons, worth US$ 83.5 million.
