INAC to have strong presence at SIAL

As is traditional, Uruguay’s National Meat Institute (INAC) will have a major presence at SIAL Shanghai. For several years China has been the leading destination by volume for Uruguayan beef and an important market for both bone in and boneless sheepmeat.

The INAC stand at SIAL Shanghai will cover 660 square metres. During the fair the delegation will include Agriculture Minister Alfredo Fratti, INAC president Gastón Scayola and other board members. Producers will be represented by ARU delegate Ricardo Reilly; the packing industry by Guillermo Pigurina; and the poultry sector by Domingo Estévez. INAC’s marketing team members Josefina Valenti and Cecilia Shaw will complete the delegation.
