26 Argentine beef exporters will take part in SIAL Shanghai

The Argentine Beef Promotion Institute (IPCVA) will participate—together with exporting companies—in the new edition of SIAL China from 19 to 21 May in Shanghai.

For the fair, IPCVA will stage its classic Argentine Beef Pavilion on more than 1,000 square meters, with individual booths for 26 exporting companies and a large restaurant where businesspeople can invite their clients to taste the finest Argentine beef from the grill.

The event is crucial for export sales, given that over the past decade China has become the main destination for Argentine beef exports, adding value to cuts and animal categories that had previously been scarcely profitable. While China remains a volume market, there is growing interest in high value cuts and grainfed beef.
