Paraguay's beef exports rebounded in June, supported by higher production. As a result, shipments moved well above the lows recorded in April and May, when exports totaled about 18,000 tons per month.
According to data released by Senacsa, beef exports reached 26,024 tons in June, about 7,500 tons more than the lows of the previous two months. The average export value also increased, reaching a record US$ 7,359 per ton, up 3.4% from May and a strong 25.9% above June 2025.
During the first half of the year, Paraguay exported 132,381 tons of beef at an average value of US$ 6,807 per ton. Export volume declined sharply by 28% year-on-year, although this was partially offset by a 19% increase in the average export value.
