A trader told WBR that “Paraguay is offering the 19 cuts at US$/t 7,300, but sales are almost nonexistent,” while Brazil maintains offers in the US$/t 6,300–6,400 range. Some Brazilian exporters tried to raise prices to US$/t 6,800–7,000, but “those prices don’t work in Chile,” the source said.
