First-half volume is 16% below the previous year
In the first half of 2025, Argentina’s beef exports reached 312,647 tons (product weight), worth US$ 1,587.9 billion. These figures reflect a 16.4% drop in volume but an 11.6% increase in value compared to the first half of last year. The average price was US$ 5,079 per ton, marking an annual increase of 33%. China accounted for 69% of the volume exported in the first half of 2025.
