Minerva projects net revenue of over R$ 50 billion in 2025
After the market closed on Wednesday 7 May, Minerva unveiled its 2025 net revenue guidance: R$ 50 billion–R$ 58 billion. In a material fact notice, the company stressed that the figures are internal management targets and should not be construed as a performance guarantee.
“The company reiterates that these numbers represent ambitious goals based on rational expectations and do not constitute a promise of results,” it said.
Achieving the targets will depend on factors such as financial management, operations and expansion strategy, especially integrating the recently acquired assets. Macroeconomic variables, market conditions and access to credit could also affect outcomes.
The guidance comes as Minerva consolidates the Marfrig plant acquisitions across South America and seeks synergy gains.
In 2024 the company’s net revenue was R$ 34.1 billion.
