Minerva warns of residue detections in shipments to China and urges stricter on-farm controls
Minerva Foods said this week that China detected above-permitted levels of the tick control product fluazuron in some beef shipments from Brazil. The alert was communicated through “Laço de Confiança”, the company’s relationship platform with cattle producers. Minerva is the largest beef exporter in South America and one of the leading global players in the sector.
