Export cattle prices remained stable
Export cattle held at the lower price levels reached the previous week, after processors resisted further increases following the end of kosher slaughter and more subdued European demand. British-breed crosses, which offer better meat quality, are trading in the range of Ar$ 8,000–8,200 per kg carcass weight, while zebu crosses are quoted at Ar$ 7,900–8,000 per kg.
