Firmer beef imported prices

Compared to the prior market test, US beef import prices were moderately higher. Trading was slow. Good demand and stronger domestic prices supported import values. Uncertainty over tariff rates and which trading party will be responsible for paying the increased costs continued to limit some out-front trading, according to the USDA weekly report.
