A Uruguayan exporter noted that offal continues to find possibilities in different markets, with relatively stable prices. Livers are traded at around US$/t 2,000 FOB to Russia, while tongue remains mainly destined for Japan, as the Russian market does not pay more than US$/t 4,350 FOB. The latest shipments of tongue to Japan were concluded at around US$/t 11,000 FOB.
