Export cattle held at the lower price levels reached the previous week, after processors resisted further increases following the end of kosher slaughter and more subdued European demand. British-breed crosses, which offer better meat quality, are trading in the range of Ar$ 8,000–8,200 per kg carcass weight, while zebu crosses are quoted at Ar$ 7,900–8,000 per kg.
