Bolivian President Rodrigo Paz announced the start of beef exports to Egypt, marking the country’s entry into a market of more than 118 million people. “Bolivia in the world!”, he proclaimed in the announcement.
Paz highlighted that opening this market represents a significant opportunity for Bolivian beef and for future foreign-currency earnings, which he considers essential for the country’s development and economic stability.
He also stated on his X profile that the strategy is not limited to a single product or market, as Bolivia aims to build a strategic relationship with Egypt as a gateway to more than 22 countries in Africa and the Arab world, according to Infobae.
