Type Steer 2.0 reached a new high, with cattle accounting for 82% of the value

The value of INAC’s Type Steer 2.0 rose 0.3% in August to US$ 2,117 per head, a new high for the series, which began in January 2022. The cattle value climbed 3% to a record US$ 1,745, while Industrial Added Value fell 11% to US$ 372. The industry’s share narrowed to 18%, its lowest since February.
